OK, so you are ready to get your repair or restoration started.
Here is our simple process.

The Estimate

Call us or email us. We have several estimators ready to take a little information and provide you with an estimate, during the same phone call in most cases! Or we will email you an estimate. In any case, we know you don’t want to wait, because we are like you – we wouldn’t want to wait either!

02.

Scheduling

Once the deal is done, we send a work order to our technician. He will call you and set up a day to get the job done. That’s it. That’s all there is to it. We let our technicians schedule their own jobs. And they are good at it.

03.

Appointment Day

On the day of the appointment, the technician will call you ahead of arrival. Once he arrives, he will first assess the issue and confirm the details with you. Then he will set up a work area in your kitchen or bathroom, covering cabinets and floors with tarps and plastic as needed to ensure a clean environment when he leaves.

Our Certifications.

We are certified and authorized to perform repair work for many companies including LG Hausys, DuPont, Formica, US Surfaces, Wilsonart, Hanwha, Samsung, Avonite and others. We are also certified to actually fabricate countertops for those same manufacturers although we don’t provide that service. We also have two certified Solid Surface and Quartz fabrication instructors on board.

Each of our technicians is background checked before he works with us. Most of our techs have been with us for 10 years or more.

We are cleared to work in secure locations, places of business at night as well as highly secure government facilities.
